After the misuse of the Dragon Balls, the negative energy they release creates seven evil dragons, each one representing a different Dragon Ball. Goku and his friends must battle against the Shadow Dragons to prevent the world from being destroyed. Along the way, they face off against old foes and make new allies to help them in their fight.
