Cell is a creation of Dr. Gero, completed by the Dr. Gero’s Supercomputer. Cell was made through the combination of the genetics of different powerful fighters — Goku, Vegeta, Piccolo, Frieza, and King Cold. He then possesses their strengths, know their weakness, and has even gotten some of their traits. Due to Cell being a mixture of these fighters, he is considered as the “perfect warrior”.
However, it took time before Cell was able to reach his perfect form. In his journey of achieving his perfect form, Cell’s personality also changes. However, he has always been arrogant and vain, which grew as he develops.
Cell also likes absorbing people and other characters especially the androids, not just to increase his power but also just for fun. This prompted Piccolo to label Cell as a “freak of nature”.
Despite his power, Cell ended up being defeated by Goku through the help of Vegeta.
