Baby is a powerful parasitical creature created by the Tuffles before they were defeated by King Vegeta and his troops during the Saiyan-Tuffle War which wiped away all the Tuffles except two, one being Baby.
Due to this, Baby is motivated by only one goal — to destroy the Saiyans and then bring back the Tuffles race. He called this plan the Universal Tuffleization Plan.
To achieve his goal, Baby is willing to kill anyone who gets in his way even his followers. He shows very little regard for anything other than himself and his race.
Despite his power, Baby, very fitting for his name, often acts like a child, very childish and immature and gets pissed when teased.
